Specialty Wine-Spirits is headquartered at one of the oldest wineries in the United States, Firelands Winery in Northern Ohio, a legacy brand we still support and produce today. Having survived the Revolutionary War, the dark days of Prohibition, The Great Depression, and devastating fires, the winery’s historic stone structure – for us – represents the true values of Dedication, Strength, & Perseverance. Specialty Wine-Spirits is committed to providing total beverage solutions for our partners and vast network of clients throughout North America and abroad.
Specialty Wine-Spirits was born from the vision of industry veterans who welcomed the opportunity to create a first-in-class national supplier representing unique brands in the wine & spirit categories. Our strategy is to prospect quality producers while focusing on great narratives, attractive packaging, and categories that over-deliver in the bottle with a competitive yet favorable price. Our team has the experience and ability to execute sales while adding value to our distributor and on/off-premise partners.

We are importers of International Wines and Spirits.
In the fall of 2019, Firelands Winery and Specialty Wine-Spirits was purchased by Michael S. Schiff, founder of Schiff Capital Group. With that purchase came a commitment to build upon Firelands’ 140 year history and continue growth in manufacturing, importing & distributing.
Staying true to that commitment, SWS has now expanded its representation of import wines from around the world. The portfolio has also expanded beyond the wine category and now includes imported spirits as well. Each producer was handpicked based upon pedigree, product quality, and overall value proposition. SWS is proud to represent the families and brands in this catalog and looks forward to sharing these products with consumers.
